Arrival & Acclimation

Shipping can temporarily affect a Betta's coloration and activity. Some fish may arrive with faded colors or appear less active immediately after transportation.

Please allow your new Betta time to settle into its aquarium. Normal coloration may gradually return over approximately 48 hours to a week.

Carefully acclimate your fish to suitable aquarium conditions. Avoid sudden changes in water temperature or chemistry, and maintain clean, stable water.

We carefully package our fish to help them arrive safely. However, unexpected carrier delays and handling issues may occur outside our control.

If your fish arrives deceased, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the fish and original shipping bag, along with your order information.

All claims, eligibility requirements, and resolutions are subject to our current published DOA policy. Please review the policy before purchasing.
