SHIPPING INFORMATION

We normally ship live fish on Mondays and Tuesdays using USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1–3 days). Express and UPS shipping upgrades may be available upon request.

Combined betta shipping: 1–2 fish $16; 3–4 fish $19; 5–6 fish $24; 7–8 fish $26. Please contact us before purchasing multiple fish to arrange combined shipping.

Shipping may be postponed during severe weather or holidays for the safety of the fish. A 72-hour heat pack can be requested as an add-on when appropriate.

ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION

Allow your betta to acclimate carefully to its new aquarium. Shipping stress may temporarily affect coloration and activity; normal coloration can return after settling in.

DOA POLICY

Our live-arrival policy applies. Please contact us promptly if your fish arrives deceased and provide clear photographs of the fish and original shipping bag. Any claim or resolution is subject to our current posted DOA policy.
