HULK SERIES I
Introducing a striking specimen from our HULK SERIES I — a beautiful Female HMPK Green Vampire Betta selected for his unusual combination of intense green coloration, dramatic red finnage and eye-catching metallic accents.
His body displays a rich emerald to forest-green coloration with darker undertones, creating a deep jewel-like appearance. Depending on the lighting and viewing angle, the green can appear brighter, darker or more metallic.
The intense blood-red to fiery-red finnage provides dramatic contrast against the emerald body. The caudal, anal, dorsal and ventral fins all contribute to the bold Green Vampire appearance.
Scattered throughout the body and fins are beautiful metallic turquoise, aqua and electric-blue accents. These isolated flashes of metallic color give this individual even more character and make his pattern especially distinctive.
One of the most noticeable features in the photographs is his bright green-looking eye, which inspired his inclusion in our HULK SERIES I.

COLOR & DEVELOPMENT NOTICE
Bettas may continue developing in coloration, pattern, metallic coverage and finnage as they mature.
Metallic and iridescent coloration is highly dependent on lighting and viewing angle. This fish may appear emerald green, forest green, turquoise-green or considerably darker under different aquarium lighting.
The bright green appearance of the eye shown in the photographs can also vary depending on lighting, reflection and viewing angle. The term “Green-Eyed” describes the visible appearance in the listing photographs and is not intended as a medical or anatomical claim.
Bettas may temporarily lose some coloration during shipping due to stress, darkness and travel. After proper acclimation and settling into a clean, warm aquarium, coloration normally begins returning within approximately 48 hours to one week.

We take great care when preparing our live fish for shipment. Each Betta is individually packaged to help ensure a safe journey to its new home.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we strongly recommend upgrading to a faster shipping service.
We may temporarily hold a shipment when severe weather, storms, holidays or carrier conditions could unnecessarily put the fish at risk.

Purchasing more than one Betta? Take advantage of our combined shipping:

In many cases, you can purchase a second Betta for the same shipping cost as one fish.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Live fish are normally shipped Monday and Tuesday to reduce the possibility of packages being held at a carrier facility over the weekend.
During holiday weeks or severe weather conditions, our shipping schedule may be adjusted for the safety of the fish.
HOLD FOR PICKUP
During very hot or cold weather, we recommend requesting HOLD FOR PICKUP at the carrier facility.
This helps prevent the package from spending unnecessary time inside a delivery vehicle or sitting outside your home exposed to extreme temperatures.
ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION
Please do not be alarmed if your Betta appears pale or less colorful immediately after arrival. Shipping can be stressful, and temporary color loss is normal.
Allow your new Betta time to properly acclimate to the temperature and water conditions of its new aquarium.
Bettas are resilient travelers and can safely go several days without food during transportation.
LIVE ARRIVAL / DOA POLICY
We carefully package every fish and stand behind our live-arrival policy. In the unfortunate event that your fish arrives DOA, please contact us immediately after delivery.
Clear photographs of the fish inside the original unopened shipping bag may be required to verify a DOA claim.
Once the claim has been verified, we will work with you according to our live-arrival policy.
If a replacement fish is provided, the buyer may be responsible for the replacement shipping charges.
The live-arrival guarantee cannot cover losses caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, refusal of delivery, packages left outside for extended periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
