Important Arrival & Acclimation Information

Please arrange to receive your fish promptly upon delivery. We recommend requesting Hold for Pickup when appropriate to minimize exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures.

Betta fish may temporarily lose some coloration during shipping due to stress. Their colors typically begin returning after settling into a properly maintained aquarium. This may take 48 hours to several days.

Allow your fish to acclimate carefully to its new aquarium. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or water parameters.

Although we take every precaution when preparing and shipping our fish, unexpected situations can occasionally occur.

If your fish arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately upon delivery and provide clear photographs of the fish in its original unopened shipping bag.

All claims must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our listing's DOA policy.

Eligible DOA claims may qualify for a replacement fish, subject to availability. The buyer is responsible for replacement shipping costs.

Any refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with the applicable eBay Money Back Guarantee and seller policies.
