Temperature Protection

Your fish will be carefully packaged with insulation and appropriate temperature protection when needed.

During cold weather, a 72-hour heat pack is available as an optional add-on.

Heat packs are not sold separately.

During extreme heat, we may use appropriate cooling materials to help protect your fish during transportation.

Important Arrival & Acclimation Information

Please arrange to receive your fish promptly upon delivery.

We highly recommend requesting HOLD FOR PICKUP when appropriate to minimize exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures.

Fish may temporarily lose some coloration during shipping due to stress.

Their colors typically begin returning after settling into a properly maintained aquarium. This process may take 48 hours to several days.

Carefully acclimate your new angelfish to the aquarium's temperature and water conditions.

Avoid sudden changes in temperature, pH, or other water parameters.

Do not release shipping water directly into your aquarium.

Although we take every precaution when preparing and shipping our fish, unexpected situations can occasionally occur.

If your fish arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Clear photographs of the fish in its original, unopened shipping bag are requested to document the condition upon arrival.

Please submit your claim as soon as possible within the timeframe specified in our listing's DOA policy.

Eligible DOA claims may qualify for a replacement fish, subject to availability.

The buyer is responsible for replacement shipping costs where permitted by applicable eBay policies.
