Acclimation & Arrival

Shipping can temporarily affect a Betta's appearance and behavior. Some fish may arrive with faded coloration or appear less active due to transportation stress. Normal coloration and activity may gradually return as the fish settles into its new environment.

Please acclimate your fish carefully, avoid sudden changes in water temperature or chemistry, and provide a clean, properly maintained aquarium.

DOA Policy

We take live-animal shipping seriously and package our Bettas with care. In the unfortunate event that a fish arrives dead (DOA), please contact us promptly and provide the photographs and order information required under our published DOA policy.

All DOA claims are reviewed according to our current store policy. Please read the complete policy before purchasing. Shipping delays, weather conditions, and carrier handling may affect delivery.
