ABOUT THIS BETTA
This stunning Male HMPK Gold Dumbo Ears Betta features
beautiful warm golden coloration combined with attractive
metallic and pearlescent scaling across the body.
His most distinctive feature is his impressive pair of
oversized white Dumbo Ear pectoral fins. These large,
flowing pectoral fins create the unmistakable Dumbo Ear appearance
and provide a beautiful contrast against his golden body.
The fins display warm gold and cream coloration with attractive
white edging, while subtle iridescent tones may become
visible depending on the lighting and viewing angle.
This is a beautiful young male with excellent visual contrast between
his gold body, pearl-like scaling and large white Dumbo Ears.
His coloration and finnage may continue developing as he matures.

Color intensity, body coloration, finnage and overall appearance may continue
to change as the fish matures.
Bettas can also temporarily lose some coloration during shipping due to
stress, darkness and travel. This is normal. After proper acclimation,
coloration normally begins returning within approximately
48 hours to one week.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Live fish are normally shipped Monday and Tuesday
to reduce the possibility of packages being held at a carrier facility
over the weekend.
During holiday weeks or severe weather conditions, our shipping schedule
may be adjusted for the safety of the fish.
HOLD FOR PICKUP
During very hot or cold weather, we recommend requesting
HOLD FOR PICKUP at the carrier facility.
This helps prevent the package from spending unnecessary time inside
a delivery vehicle or sitting outside your home exposed to extreme temperatures.
ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION
Please do not be alarmed if your Betta appears pale or less colorful
immediately after arrival. Shipping can be stressful, and temporary
color loss is normal.
Allow your new Betta time to properly acclimate to the temperature
and water conditions of its new aquarium.
Bettas are resilient travelers and can safely go several days
without food during transportation.
LIVE ARRIVAL / DOA POLICY
We carefully package every fish and stand behind our live-arrival policy.
In the unfortunate event that your fish arrives DOA, please
contact us immediately after delivery.
Clear photographs of the fish
inside the original unopened shipping bag
may be required to verify a DOA claim.
Once the claim has been verified, we will work with you according
to our live-arrival policy.
If a replacement fish is provided, the buyer may be responsible
for the replacement shipping charges.
The live-arrival guarantee cannot cover losses caused by incorrect
addresses, missed deliveries, refusal of delivery, packages left outside
for extended periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
