WEATHER & TEMPERATURE PROTECTION

A 72-hour UniHeat heat pack is available as a shipping add-on when appropriate. Heat packs are not sold separately.

During extreme temperatures, storms, or holiday periods, we may postpone shipping to help protect your fish.

We strongly recommend considering an expedited shipping service during extreme weather conditions.

ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION

Shipping can temporarily affect a Betta's coloration and activity. Your fish may appear pale, stressed, or less active immediately after arrival.

This is not unusual following transportation. Please allow your new Betta sufficient time to adjust to its aquarium. Coloration may return over approximately 48 hours to one week.

Carefully acclimate your fish to appropriate aquarium conditions and avoid sudden changes in water temperature or chemistry.

DOA / LIVE ARRIVAL POLICY

Our current live-arrival policy applies to eligible orders.

If your fish arrives deceased, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the fish and its original shipping bag.

All claims, eligibility requirements, and available resolutions are subject to our current posted DOA policy. Please review the policy before purchasing.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

Bettas are living animals requiring proper care, suitable aquarium conditions, stable water parameters, appropriate temperature, and careful acclimation.

We take great care in preparing and packaging our fish for shipment. However, unexpected carrier delays and handling issues may occur outside our control.

We recommend considering an express shipping upgrade when faster delivery is important, especially during extreme weather conditions.
