ARRIVAL & ACCLIMATION

PLEASE DO NOT PANIC IF YOUR FISH ARRIVES PALE!

Shipping can temporarily affect a betta's coloration and activity. Your fish may appear less colorful or less active immediately after arrival.

Please allow your new betta sufficient time to adjust to its aquarium. Normal coloration may return over approximately 48 hours to a week.

Carefully acclimate your fish to suitable aquarium conditions, avoiding sudden changes in water temperature and chemistry.

DOA / LIVE ARRIVAL POLICY

Our current live-arrival policy applies to eligible orders.

If your fish arrives deceased, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the fish and its original shipping bag.

All claims, eligibility requirements, and resolutions are subject to our current posted DOA policy. Please review the policy before purchasing.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

Bettas are living animals that require proper aquarium conditions, stable water parameters, appropriate temperature, and careful acclimation.

Female bettas may be territorial or aggressive. Compatibility with other fish, including other female bettas, is not guaranteed. A suitable individual aquarium is recommended.

We take great care when preparing and packaging our fish. However, unexpected shipping delays and carrier handling issues may occur outside our control.

We strongly recommend considering faster shipping options during extreme weather conditions.
